Mi chiamo Giandomenico Pisano.

Sono un architetto di formazione, mi piace la bellezza, soprattutto se non è solo un abbellimento esteriore ma è frutto di un funzione, se risponde a perché più profondi che mi illustrano una cultura, un pensiero, un obiettivo che si intende raggiungere.

Voglio dire che un disegno, una scelta progettuale ha alla sua base motivazioni, ha dei perché cui intende dare risposte.

Osservando un edificio possiamo dedurre, scoprire tantissime informazioni e possiamo ripercorrerne la storia, leggerlo o sfogliarlo come una cipolla per recuperarne l’essenza.

Un’architettura reale può essere letta e riletta mille volte riscoprendone aspetti sempre differenti.

Nella Bioenergetica Umanistica accade la stessa cosa, osservando, studiando le persone.

Ogni persona attraverso il proprio modo di camminare nel mondo, di respirare, con il portamento o il modo di presentarsi, di esporre le proprie idee racconta di sé, del proprio percorso di vita.

Alexander Lowen, il padre della Bioenergetica, dice che qualsiasi problema è strutturato nel nostro corpo ed alla base di tutti i problemi c’è la paura di sentirsi vivi, di provare emozioni.

Conoscere questo “dizionario” e le sue “regole grammaticali” permette di portare aiuto.

Se vogliamo lavorare sulle emozioni occorre lavorare sul corpo. Si tratta di un percorso lungo ed impegnativo ma ne vale la pena.

Ad un certo punto della mia vita sono stato male, molto male. Il lavoro andava malissimo, avevo abbandonato la fiducia in me stesso, nella vita ed i problemi avevano trovato come luogo in cui fissarsi l’intestino creandomi la sindrome del colon irritabile. Stavo male e stare male andava ancora di più a distruggere la mia vita quotidiana.

Ho intrapreso il percorso bioenergetico a Parma presso la scuola che Pino Ferroni, il creatore della Bioenergetica Umanistica, aveva fondato.

A che serve?

Serve ad affrontare se stessi, a non cercare soluzioni svicolando dalle responsabilità, dalla realtà.

Serve ad investigare il proprio inconscio attraverso le sue scelte, a scoprire le motivazioni REALI nascoste dietro ogni scelta.

Serve a scoprire i proprio lati bui, ad affrontare il proprio io. Guardarsi nello specchio richiede coraggio. Noi siamo i migliori giudici di noi stessi ma allo stesso tempo i più impietosi: non accettiamo scuse, giustificazioni e la pena che viene comminata è sempre DEFINITIVA come se non ci fosse alcuna possibilità di migliorare.

Cosa mi ha dato la Bioenergetica Umanistica?

Due cose molto importanti:

Il sorriso interiore, un sorriso che permette di mantenersi un calore dentro in grado di resistere nelle giornate più fredde.

La capacità di svegliarsi ogni mattina felice di essere e di andare al lavoro sereno, permette di dare un significato ad ogni giorno.

Dopo aver seguito il percorso, dopo avere iniziato ad affrontare un po’ delle mie ombre con Claudia Tartara abbiamo pensato di creare una succursale della Scuola di Parma, una base della scuola di Bioenergetica Umanistica ad Alessandria.

Pino Ferroni è la persona che ha ideato il Metodo del Bioenergetic Shen Treatment. Pino aveva studiato comunicazione alla Scuola di Palo Alto in California, negli Stati Uniti e aveva frequentato il maestro Taoista Tchao e studiato la Medicina Tradizionale Cinese.

Forte di questa esperienza, avendo appreso la Bioenergetica dagli allievi di Alexander Lowen decise di mettere a frutto una sintesi delle conoscenze occidentali ed orientali.

Dopo anni di studi, analisi, confronti ed esperienze mise a punto le basi della Bioenergetica Umanistica, un metodo a mediazione corporea che si basa sull’intuizione che se la psiche è in grado di modificare il nostro corpo agendo sul corpo è possibile lavorare sulla psiche.

Quando riuscì a mettere a punto questa modalità di approccio al malessere esistenziale e iniziò ad avere ottimi riscontri decise di creare un centro per formare operatori in grado di aiutarlo e per riuscire a trasmettere l’essenza, le basi, i concetti e soprattutto le modalità, aspetti questi che non possono essere trasmessi solo attraverso lo studio teorico.

Claudia ed io abbiamo avuto il privilegio di frequentare in momenti diversi la Scuola di Parma a prezzo di difficoltà, di spostamenti di impegni.

Ripensando questi aspetti abbiamo cercato di avvicinare alle nostre zone, ai bisogni le potenzialità della Scuola di Pino Ferroni.

Il centro di Alessandria divenne centro affiliato alla Scuola di Parma e costituì per alcuni anni uno dei tre centri sparsi nel mondo dove si apprende la Bioenergetica Umanistica. Il centro Green Mountain Shen che ha sede nel Vermont (USA), il centro di Milano e noi.

Nel giugno 2018 scompare la figura carismatica di Pino Ferroni, la Scuola di Parma inizia ad affrontare una serie di difficoltà che con la pandemia portano alla chiusura della Casa Madre di Parma mentre il centro di Milano decide di affrontare la crisi generale spostando i suoi interessi verso un approccio olistico.

A marzo 2018 dopo anni di lavoro e di diffusione del metodo riusciamo, con altre 6 persone a fondare l’Associazione di Promozione Sociale Shou Kua –Il Telaio della Vita e diamo vita ad un vero centro che nello Statuto di fondazione ricalca gli obiettivi che il maestro Pino Ferroni aveva dato al suo Centro.

My name is Giandomenico Pisano. I am an architect by training, I like beauty, especially if it is not just an external embellishment but is the result of a function, if it responds to deeper reasons that illustrate to me a culture, a thought, a goal that one intends to achieve.

I mean that a design, a design choice has motivations at its base, it has some reasons to which it intends to give answers.

By observing a building we can deduce, discover a lot of information and we can retrace its history, read it or leaf through it like an onion to recover its essence.

Real architecture can be read and reread a thousand times, rediscovering always different aspects.

In Humanistic Bioenergetics, the same thing happens, observing, studying people.

Each person through his own way of walking in the world, of breathing, with the bearing or way of presenting himself, of presenting his ideas, tells about himself, about his life path.

Alexander Lowen, the father of Bioenergetics, says that any problem is structured in our body and at the root of all problems, there is the fear of feeling alive, of feeling emotions.

Knowing this “dictionary” and its “grammar rules” allows you to bring help.

If we want to work on emotions, we need to work on the body. It is a long and demanding journey but it is worth it.

At some point in my life I was bad, very bad. The work was going very badly, I had abandoned my confidence in myself, in life and the problems had found a place in which to fix the bowel, creating irritable bowel syndrome. I was sick and being sick was going to destroy my daily life even more.

I embarked on the bio-energetic path in Parma at the school that Pino Ferroni, the creator of Humanistic Bioenergetics, had founded.

What purpose does it serve?

It serves to face oneself, not to seek solutions by freeing oneself from responsibilities, from reality.

It serves to investigate one’s unconscious through its choices, to discover the REAL motivations hidden behind each choice.

It serves to discover one’s dark sides, to face one’s self. Looking in the mirror takes courage. We are the best judges of ourselves but at the same time the most merciless: we do not accept excuses, justifications and the punishment that is imposed is always FINAL as if there was no possibility to improve.

What did Humanistic Bioenergetics give me?

Two very important things:

The inner smile, a smile that allows you to keep a warm inside that can withstand the coldest days.

The ability to wake up every morning happy to be and to go to work calmly, allows you to give meaning to every day.

After following the path, after having started to face some of my shadows with Claudia Tartara, we decided to create a branch of the School of Parma, a base of the Humanistic Bioenergetics School in Alexandria.

Pino Ferroni is the person who created the Bioenergetic Shen Treatment Method. Pino had studied communication at the Palo Alto School in California, United States and had attended the Taoist master Tchao and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine.

On the strength of this experience, having learned Bioenergetics from Alexander Lowen’s pupils, he decided to exploit a synthesis of Western and Eastern knowledge.

After years of studies, analysis, comparisons and experiences, he developed the foundations of Humanistic Bioenergetics, a body mediation method based on the intuition that if the psyche is able to modify our body by acting on the body, it is possible to work on the psyche. .

When he managed to develop this method of approach to existential malaise and began to have excellent feedback, he decided to create a center to train operators able to help him and to be able to transmit the essence, the bases, the concepts and above all the modalities, these aspects that cannot be transmitted only through theoretical study.

Claudia and I have had the privilege of attending the Parma School at different times at the cost of difficulty, of shifting commitments.

By rethinking these aspects, we have tried to bring the potential of the Pino Ferroni School closer to our areas and needs.

The center of Alessandria became a center affiliated with the School of Parma and for some years it constituted one of the three centers around the world where Humanistic Bioenergetics is learned. The Green Mountain Shen center which is based in Vermont (USA), the center of Milan and us.

In June 2018 the charismatic figure of Pino Ferroni disappears, the Parma School begins to face a series of difficulties that with the pandemic lead to the closure of the Parma Mother House while the center of Milan decides to face the general crisis by shifting its interests towards a holistic approach.

In March 2018, after years of work and spreading the method, we manage, with 6 other people to found the Association for Social Promotion Shou Kua — The Loom of Life and we give life to a real center that in the Foundation Statute follows the objectives that the maestro Pino Ferroni had given to his Center.
